5 Ways to deal with your panic attacks

3. Never Distract Yourself

Always try to focus on yourself. the best way to deal with a panic attack is to acknowledge them. Never try to fight your symptoms. But always keep in mind that these attacks will pass. So close your eyes and put your hands between your belly button and between the ribs.

4. Breath Through it

5. Progressive Relaxation
